One of the niciest hotel we've been to. The hotel have everything you need. The room is very big and comfortable, the bathroom is also very big and nice equiped. The balcony is exceptional and the view from balcony is on the pool area and on the port. We decided to stay in Mataro and to visit Barcelona. The hotel is right on the Mataro port and right on the beach. Along the beach, next to the hotel, there's a lot of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy. The swimming beach is 5 min away from the hotel. The hotel is next to the train station, and you can get to Barcelona ( center of Barcelona) in 40minutes. You are traveling with the train along the beaches, and it's very beautiful trip to see. You can get from the train on every station and you are right on the beach. We also visit and Mataro city and it's very nice Spanish small city. There's a lot of free parking next to the hotel, but sometimes is crowded so you'll need to wait for the place. The hotel also have their private parking. We recommend this hotel and we will be back for sure.

The staff was amazing, I did not get his name but the gentlman that checked me in on arrival and out on departure was great, I was there to watch the motogp and was in need of a permanent marker in case I had an opportunity for autographs and he loaned me one (which I returned) I was very grateful. The room was neat and clean and the area is a little more quiet than the chaos in Barcelona making driving around and getting too/from the even nice and easy.

The public indoor areas which are nice and cool in summer are pleasant and the outdoor areas, i.e. part of the restaurant and then the pool, are pleasant. The (paid) garage has particularly wide parking spots, which is not the case everywhere in the area. We are approaching our tenth stay at this hotel over a period of some seven years, which means it is a favourite of ours....

Over the past 8 years we have stayed in this hotel some ten times, and it remains our favourite in the area. It is an excellent alternative to staying in Barcelona, which is much more expensive, while from this hotel in Mataro, one can easily reach Barcelona by train or car. The parking at a reasonable price and with particularly large parking spots is a notable plus.

Had room with view over Marina - Great watching the boats etc. in the high winds that prevailed during my Stay.. Breakfast choices were very good except for the scrambled egg. Which I feel was made in a big batch and then left to fester in a warming pan in the restaurant.
